According to the Vietnam Trade Office in Brazil (Ministry of Industry and Trade), a delegation of Brazilian businesses, including leading corporations and trade organizations, will take part in Vietnam Sourcing Expo 2025, held from September 4–6, 2025 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
Turning High-Level Commitments into Concrete Cooperation
The participation of the Brazilian delegation at this year’s Vietnam Sourcing Expo follows closely after Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính’s official visit to Brazil in July 2025. During the visit, the two countries signed important Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) in the fields of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, agriculture, and energy. They also reaffirmed their commitment to accelerate negotiations for a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between Vietnam and MERCOSUR.

Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính and Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva witnessed the symbolic exchange of the first shipment of Brazilian beef exported to Vietnam, and the first shipment of Vietnamese pangasius and tilapia to Brazil, marking a milestone in bilateral agricultural and seafood trade.
In this context, Vietnam Sourcing Expo serves as a practical bridge, turning high-level commitments into tangible trade connections between businesses from both countries. Through product showcases, B2B matchmaking, and industry-specific seminars, the event enables Brazilian companies to directly access Vietnam’s supply chain, while also opening up opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to explore the Brazilian market—a promising partner in ongoing FTA negotiations and the development of a resilient and sustainable supply chain.

The Brazil Pavilion at Vietnam Sourcing Expo 2025 will feature major corporations and associations operating in key sectors such as:

Expanding Two-Way Trade Opportunities
In addition to Brazil’s key export strengths—such as sugar, soybeans, corn, beef, pork, copper, cotton, and coffee—Brazilian companies are increasingly interested in importing from Vietnam a range of products including pangasius, tilapia, shrimp, rice, frozen fruits, processed foods, wooden furniture, consumer goods, LED products, synthetic fibers, and industrial equipment.
Direct engagement at the exhibition is expected to accelerate B2B linkages, promote technology transfer, and advance the development of a stable and sustainable bilateral supply chain.
