As part of the preparation for Viet Nam International Sourcing 2026 (VIS), the Agency of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has been actively working with a network of over 60 Vietnam Trade Offices worldwide to mobilize international buyers to attend the exhibition.

Scheduled to take place from September 3–5, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam International Sourcing 2026 continues to position itself as a large-scale trade promotion platform, enabling direct connections between Vietnamese exporters and global buyers.
According to representatives from the Agency of Foreign Trade, participating enterprises will have the opportunity to engage directly with more than 500 international buyers, brought in by Vietnam Trade Offices abroad. In addition to B2B matchmaking, companies can also take part in factory visits, business negotiations, and gain market insights through a series of specialized forums and seminars.
Expanding Scale and Industry Coverage
In recent years, Viet Nam International Sourcing has demonstrated steady growth in both scale and quality of participation. The event is increasingly becoming a recurring destination for international retailers, distribution networks, and sourcing professionals seeking reliable suppliers from Vietnam.
The 2026 edition is expected to cover approximately 13,000 square meters, featuring five key exhibition sectors:
- Export Supply Chain (machinery, materials, logistics, finance, certification, etc.)
- Lifestyle Essentials (garments, accessories, sportswear, personal electronics, etc.)
- Home & Houseware (furniture, handicrafts, home appliances, décor, etc.)
- Food & Beverage (agricultural products, processed foods, seafood, etc.)
- Personal Care & Healthcare (medical devices, health monitoring equipment, personal care products, etc.)
This structure reflects a comprehensive sourcing ecosystem, enhancing cross-industry connections between Vietnamese suppliers and international partners.

Vietnam Trade Offices Driving Market Connectivity
Alongside domestic preparations, Vietnam Trade Offices abroad are actively identifying, engaging, and bringing qualified buyer delegations to the exhibition.
In the United States, businesses have recognized the practical value of Viet Nam International Sourcing in facilitating partnerships and enabling deal-making directly at the event. Across past editions, numerous commercial agreements have been initiated, contributing to deeper market penetration for Vietnamese companies.

Similarly, in ASEAN markets, Trade Offices are proactively connecting with major importers and distributors across sectors such as food, furniture, and consumer goods, with a focus on building meaningful and long-term business relationships.
A Strengthened Platform for Global Trade
The consistent outcomes of previous editions continue to reinforce Viet Nam International Sourcing as an effective trade promotion platform, supporting export growth and market diversification for Vietnamese enterprises.
With increasing engagement from both the global buyer community and Vietnam’s Trade Office network, Viet Nam International Sourcing 2026 is expected to generate high-value connections and further integrate Vietnamese businesses into global supply chains.
