DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITORS ACCELERATE EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FOR VIET NAM INTERNATIONAL SOURCING EXPO 2026

Chia sẻ

Right from the first weeks of opening registration, Viet Nam International Sourcing Expo 2026 has demonstrated stronger-than-expected momentum. The number of exhibitors securing booths and completing Early Bird payment has risen significantly compared to the same period last year, creating a highly promising outlook for the upcoming exhibition season. Alongside leading Vietnamese brands, this year also marks the strong return of major international retail groups and national pavilions—further underscoring Viet Nam’s growing position as a new sourcing hub in the Asia–Pacific region.

Strong Pull from Major Retailers and National Pavilions

The first registration phase has seen early participation from several international retail chains with extensive regional reach. Central Retail and AEON Vietnam have quickly confirmed their booths, signaling a growing interest in Vietnamese supply chains and a stronger intention to expand partnerships across the Asia–Pacific market. This is a positive signal for exhibitors, as the presence of high-profile buyers is a key driver for increasing networking density and creating opportunities to place products into major distribution systems.

At the same time, the Brazil Pavilion continues to be a prominent highlight, with more than 10 companies registering early. This creates a notable ripple effect as international suppliers return from the very first stage. Many enterprises that achieved strong results at VIS 2025—such as American Nutrients, Cecil, LATAM, De Marchi, Timbro Trading, GreenLife Solution, and Slot Internacional—have confirmed their return. The national pavilion of Brazil reflects strong expectations for bilateral cooperation potential, especially in agricultural products, beverages, food, and processed ingredients.

IGIP, ITPC, and Participating Provinces: Active Engagement from Trade Promotion Agencies

Vietnam International Sourcing Expo has consistently maintained close collaboration with central and local trade promotion bodies, forming an ecosystem that supports businesses in reaching international markets systematically. A major highlight is the large pavilion confirmed by the Agency for Innovation, Green Transition and Industry Promotion(IGIP – Ministry of Industry and Trade), showcasing innovation models, outstanding industrial products, and supporting rural industrial enterprises in accessing global buyers.

Additionally, ITPC Ho Chi Minh City has confirmed its participation as the unit leading a delegation of city-based enterprises for display and B2B engagement with global distributors. Among localities, Tay Ninh and An Giang are the two earliest provinces to register, bringing strong product groups such as agricultural produce, fruits, rice, seafood, and processed foods.

The early and proactive presence of trade promotion agencies and localities during the Early Bird phase reflects a decisive shift towards bringing regional products into major international sourcing channels and distribution networks.

Vietnamese Enterprises Secure Early Booths – A Strong Market Signal

2026 marks the continued participation of many Vietnamese enterprises across the core sectors of the Vietnam International Sourcing Expo. Key manufacturers with strong capacity and export-standard products—such as Bình Tây Food, LC Foods, Lam Sơn, Rita, Wana Beverage, Lương Gia, TIM Corp, and Hoa Sen Như Khuê—have already secured prime locations within the Food & Beverage exhibition zone.

The agricultural–fruit–ingredient segment remains a highlight with the presence of Darlac Farms and several companies from the Central Highlands and Southwest regions specializing in fresh, clean, traceable products, along with units providing export-standard spices and processing ingredients such as Tomato T&P (Ho Chi Minh City).

Meanwhile, the packaging and supporting-industry group has seen early registration demand from Tinh Diệu Plastic Industry, Green Packaging, and Việt Long An Engineering, reflecting a clear rise in international buyer interest in OEM–ODM partnerships.

Complementing the diverse industry landscape at VIS is the participation of potential enterprises in the Home & Housewares sector such as Vinabedding, along with seafood representative Canaseafood. The early booth confirmations from domestic companies demonstrate their readiness to capture advantages ahead of global buyers and prepare strategically for the 2026 sourcing season.

Early Bird: Not Just a Fee Incentive, but a Chance to Be Seen by Buyers First

Early registration helps exhibitors reduce booth costs, but more importantly, it unlocks strategic visibility: inclusion in international communication campaigns, priority listing in buyer previews, and favorable booth placement. Many international buyers have already scheduled meetings based on the Early Bird exhibitor list—a clear indicator of the value of securing booths early.

Now Is the Time to Enter the 2026 Race

With major enterprises, trade promotion bodies, and national delegations already on board, Viet Nam International Sourcing Expo 2026 is entering a strong acceleration phase. This is the ideal moment for businesses yet to register to secure their booths, capture Early Bird advantages, and get in front of global buyers early.
