Re: Organization Plan for Vietnam Sourcing Expo 2026 – VIS 2026
The Organizing Committee sincerely thanks organizations and enterprises for accompanying Vietnam Sourcing Expo – VIS over the years.
Vietnam Sourcing Expo has been expanding steadily in scale, product diversity, and number of participating enterprises. Over three consecutive editions, VIS has affirmed its position and built strong trust among global supply chains, retailers, and international buyers, becoming a fixed annual destination for sourcing and diversifying global distribution networks and supply chains.
The Vietnam Sourcing Expo 2026 will be held from September 3–5, 2026 at SECC, 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with an expected scale of 13,000 sqm featuring five exhibitions:
- Export Supply Chain Exhibition: Manufacturing equipment, packaging, raw materials, chemicals, additives, logistics, e-commerce, finance, banking, export certification.
- Lifestyle Essentials Exhibition: Apparel, textile materials, accessories, leather products, bags & luggage, sportswear, sporting goods, personal electronics, power banks.
- Home & Houseware Exhibition: Indoor & outdoor equipment, handicrafts, bedding & bath, kitchenware, ceramics, home décor, carpets, furniture, household appliances, garden products, plastics, rubber & paper products, toys, gifts, stationery, storage solutions, consumer electronics.
- Food & Beverage Exhibition: Fresh, frozen, dried, and canned fruits & vegetables; frozen seafood; instant and plant-based foods; packaged foods; tea, coffee, beverages; dairy and nutritional products; confectionery; spices, sauces; cereals, rice, noodles.
- Personal Care Products Exhibition: Electronic blood pressure monitors, heart rate trackers, glucometers, nebulizers, oxygen generators, body composition analyzers, pain relief devices, handheld massagers, physiotherapy equipment, digital thermometers, full-body and massage chairs, SpO₂ meters, facial cleansers and devices, hair dryers and styling tools, electric shavers and clippers, water flossers and electric toothbrushes, exfoliation and skincare devices, nail care tools, hair styling devices (curlers, straighteners).
To prepare for Vietnam Sourcing Expo 2026, the Organizing Committee would like to inform enterprises planning to participate of the following:
Early Bird Program (for enterprises registering during Vietnam Sourcing Expo 2025, September 4–6, 2025):
Benefits:
- 10% discount on participation fee compared to the official rate.
- Priority to select booth locations according to the exhibition layout.
- Media coverage through the Expo’s communication channels immediately after registration and completion of required procedures.
Registration Procedure:
- Onsite registration during Vietnam Sourcing Expo 2025 (September 4–6, 2025) with a deposit of VND 3,000,000 per standard booth (9 sqm).
- Contract signing deadline: no later than December 30, 2025.
Notes:
- Enterprises registering under the Early Bird Program must complete contract signing by December 30, 2025.
- If an enterprise that has placed a deposit decides not to participate in 2026 before December 30, 2025, the deposit will be refunded, or the company may transfer participation rights to another enterprise (the transferee will still enjoy Early Bird benefits).
