Vietnam Cotton and Spinning Association (VCOSA) is a non-governmental organization, established and operating under Decision No. 1225/QD-BNV dated 27/10/2010 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the basis of merging Vietnam Cotton and Fabric Association and Vietnam Spinning Association. VCOSA is the legal representative for the voice of the industry and member businesses.
